I am pleased to provide a personal letter of recommendation for Ann Mairs. I have worked with Ann in a professional manner for one year. During this time, I have found Ann to be knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and highly professional. Ann has personally developed a high energy format called FORCE FITNESS®. Flagship Athletic Club has benefited from the hard work and research Ann put into this particular program. She personally trained the Flagship instructors in the format with patience and attention to detail to ensure the program is safe and effective for our members. Her strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and human kinetics is evident in her thorough manual for FORCE FITNESS®, and her presentation to our instructors.
Ann's reputation in the fitness industry is equally positive. She has a broad fitness background including Kickboxing, Group Cycling, BODY PUMP®, YogaFit® and Pilates. She leads classes with a high level of energy, education and passion. Her enthusiasm for staying fit in a safe, fun way is infectious, which has lead to the success of her FORCE FITNESS® program. With Ann's strong leadership qualities, I anticipate the program will continue to grow.
