This exhilarating, fast-paced workout was designed by fitness professional Anni to increase muscle tone, muscle endurance and cardiovascular endurance, while at the same time boosting your metabolism and burning major calories! You’ll instantly feel successful and see results in no time at all!

During the cardio segment, all major muscle groups most affected by exercise are conditioned. Hand weights are used to increase heart rate, oxygen consumption, caloric expenditure, and muscle strength and endurance.

Anni uses easy to follow Step, Low-Impact, Boot Camp and Kickboxing moves in one-minute intervals to deliver a safe, fun and highly effective cardio workout.

A yoga-inspired cool down is used to promote flexibility and emotional well being.
