Peter Bailey is responsible for the designing and development of customized projects and programs for clients of Wilson Learning, Inc.
He is a multi-faceted experiential educator with over 18 years in the field of education-based adventure and innovative training, designed to enhance the capacity of individuals and organizations. He is a dynamic public speaker and workshop presenter, communicating rich informative material to learners of all levels.
Peter is also on the Board of Directors for Outward Bound USA; the pioneer and leader in challenging adventure education for youths and adults.
Lynda Burke Grady, owner of Heartworks yoga studio in Northfield, Minnesota, began practicing yoga in 1991 and in that time has taken training workshops from many well-known teachers including Rodney Yee and Baron Baptiste.
She is a certified yoga instructor through Nancy Ruby’s YogaMotion program and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
Lynda is also piloting a wellness program and teaching yoga at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
Terese Guettler is a Registered Nurse, Certified Health and Wellness Counselor, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, and Life Coach. She is a Clinical Operations Manager for American Healthways, which is a disease management company.
Terese owns her own business called Divine Life Design, offering education and coaching for individuals in creating their best life in body, mind and spirit.
She is an Associate of USANA Health Sciences offering her clients pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements for optimal nutrition and health. Her life passion and purpose is to support people in living a healthy, purposeful and prosperous life!
Dr. Steven Hiebert is a 1986 graduate of Bemidji State University with a BA in chemistry, then moved on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic four years later. While at Northwestern he took classes and seminars related to applied kinesiology and nutrition in addition to his regular course work.
In July of 1992 he, along with two business partners, opened a multidisciplinary health care clinic called Options for Healing. In January of 2004, Dr. Hiebert started a private practice from his home.
Dr. Hiebert has been involved with sports and fitness for a better part of his life. For a few years he enjoyed teaching step and floor aerobics for the YMCA but now finds that his passion is bicycle racing. For the past several years he has been competing in the masters ranks at the highest level of amateur racing.
Amy graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, with a Masters of Science in Nursing in 1987. Since that time she has been a registered nurse, and in 1999 became an ANCC Certified Nurse Practitioner, and received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota.
Amy is a long time employee at the YWCA and SweatShop health clubs in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is a Jump Force® instructor, and a certified Spinning and ACE group fitness instructor.
Sandra Swami, B.S. Nutrition, is a fitness specialist and nutrition educator. She has been a certified personal trainer, group-fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight-management consultant for over 20 years.
Sandra is the Fitness Coordinator of a corporate fitness facility for a Minnesota company and a faculty member at the SweatShop Health Club in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Her workshops and lectures cover a wide range of topics, but always stress the value of proper nutrition and moderate exercise. Her passion for sharing her knowledge makes her a highly sought-after presenter.
Karl Bradford is a 4th Degree Black belt and 7 time National
Martial Arts Champion. He is an ACE certified group-fitness
Instructor and creator of two successful Kickboxing videos.

Julia Mairs has a Masters in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Catherine and has practiced rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics, and has been involved in geriatric wellness.
She is a private wellness consultant for businesses, assisting them with everything from human resources, staffing and purchasing to developing program curriculums.
Julia is an accomplished tennis player and instructor as well as a long-distance runner, finishing the Twin Cities Marathon. She has also completed many triathalons and is a USOC certified USA level I triathalon coach.
